Since I'm a ZVIP, am I guaranteed Z100’s Zootopia tickets? Or the best seats?

You will have the same chance of getting tickets as the other ZVIPs. We cannot guarantee tickets, but know that tickets to Z100's Zootopia 2008 are available ONLY to ZVIPs!

I know I'm a ZVIP, but I can't figure out how to get to the page with the password -- I'm just asked for a login, and my ZVIP username and password isn't working. What's wrong?

Sounds like you haven't upgraded to our new ZVIP Rewards program. You need to do this to get the password, but don't worry -- it's free, easy and a lot of fun. You can earn points and trade them in for prizes.

Even if you've been a ZVIP for years, you need to upgrade your account (like we said -- free, easy and fun!) in order to get the password.

I checked the Ticketmaster site for details about the Z100’s Zootopia presale but the information wasn't there - WHY?

Ticketmaster will make sure the information is ready for the Z100’s Zootopia sale even if you do not see the information on there right now.  Z100.com has the most up-to-date information and details!

Why should I register as a ZVIP if I only want to buy Z100’s Zootopia tickets?  Why can't I just call Ticketmaster or go to any outlet to purchase them myself?

Z100 concerts sell out very quickly!  Z100’s Zootopia is one of the hottest annual concerts in the area.  We wish we could have tickets for everyone, but the size of the venue limits the amount of tickets that can be sold.  If you were not able to purchase tickets, please keep your radios locked to Z100, and bookmark the Ways to Win section at zootopia.z100.com, because we will be giving away tons of tickets to Z100’s Zootopia!

I'm a ZVIP and I DIDN'T GET THE TICKETS THAT I WANTED THROUGH THE PRESALE - Can I exchange those tickets for quality seats?

Like all other concerts, the tickets that you purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable based upon Ticketmaster’s policies.

I've been a ZVIP Member for OVER A YEAR and every time there's a presale, I ALWAYS GET THE WORST SEATS - WHY?

Why is there a ticket purchase restriction?

We try to accommodate all of our ZVIPs – to make it fair, we have to limit the amount of tickets each ZVIP can purchase so the most ZVIP’s can take advantage of this perk as possible. 

What time does the show start?

Doors open at 6.30pm, and the show begins at 7.30pm sharp.

When does my favorite artist hit the stage at Z100’s Zootopia?

Since the schedule can sometimes change at the last minute, we don’t release this information. However, what we CAN tell you is that doors open at 6.30pm, and the Jonas Brothers will open the show at 7.30pm SHARP, so make sure to get there early!

What time does the show end?

The show ends at approximately 11pm.

I have a son/daughter that is UNDER 18 years of age – Is Z100’s Zootopia appropriate for them?

Absolutely!  Z100 shows directly reflect the music that is played on Z100 every day.

How do you obtain backstage passes for Z100’s Zootopia or any concert/event in the area?

Due to limited physical space backstage, backstage passes are not available to anyone who is not an artist performing, or someone who is directly involved with production of the show – sorry! I’ve won tickets, but I’m unable to attend. I’d like to give my tickets to a friend/family member, or exchange for another Z100 concert. Is that possible?
